Shannon Gervais

Shannon Gervais, AGACNP-BC is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in the treatment of the adult with emphasis on the geriatric population.  In 1996, she earned her bachelor’s degree of nursing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette; and most recently (2022), she obtained her master’s degree for adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner from Grand Canyon University.  Previously, Shannon had a 26-year experience in acute care serving as a registered nurse with the majority of those years in the intensive care unit with the most recent years serving in an administrative role as house supervisor.  To help serve her patients along with her professional role as a nurse, she is an active member of both the America’s Nursing Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Currently, she is delighted to be part of the AZCDH professional, reputable care team!
